Mr. Rana is a certified professional with over eighteen years working experience in the IT enablement and implementation of Information system. Mr. Rana has extensive knowledge of handling project and operational activities. He has performed jobs in various roles ranging from software engineer to Software Development Manager and Consultant in IT industry. His area of interest includes Project Management, Information System, Operations Management, and Training.  

 

Mr. Rana has worked in the capacity of software development manager in a US based software house where he has managed multiple teams to execute project and program management activities. He also trained various project managers and developed the Project Management Office to ensure the effectiveness of project management methodologies within the organization. Rana has extensive exposure to off‐shore development models with flavor of both on‐site and off‐site project management.

Mr. Rana has also provided onsite consultancy to US based clients. He has successfully enabled his organizations to achieve the standardization including ISO, Tick‐IT and CMMi. Rana is a seasoned practitioner of Project Management.
