David Brodrick is an IT PMO Director bringing nearly 25 years of leadership, problem solving, and management experience to his role.  

Mr. Brodrick  has a great experience working with large organizations as IT PMO Director accountable for governance, delivery and quality assurance for multiple strategic project portfolios comprising 100+ projects with a portfolio value of ~$100M USD.

 He was part of the account leadership team for a Managed Services account in the Financial Services segment for Dell Services; was a senior leader in the Corporate Development and Strategy business function responsible for standardizing global Services project management across over 30 lines of business, and nearly 70 customer-facing accounts within Dell Services.

 Mr. Brodrick held various leadership roles with both large enterprise and entrepreneurial ventures – introducing new products and services into multiple industries, including construction and gaming.  He has a strong background with planning, resource management, financial management, and tactical execution to drive successful outcomes.
